Getting live, and staying live.
A payment integration has two operational realities. First, running the Settlement platform that keeps a property transacting — gateway routing, tokenisation, reporting and reconciliation. Then, the upkeep that keeps it live — chiefly the integration certificates that expire on a rolling cycle and stop payments when they lapse. 934 covers both, remote, with support included in every subscription.
Simple, recurring pricing for the Settlement platform.

Frequently asked questions
What are 934 Services?
934 Services are optional, hospitality-specific services delivered alongside the Juno platform. Where the platform provides the technology — acceptance, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation and posting — Services provide the operational support around it: monitoring settlement events, chasing exceptions, coordinating renewals, and taking work off the customer's finance and IT teams. Services are subscribed to per estate or engaged as a one-off, and are scoped to the property's operating model.

What does a settlement services subscription include?
A settlement services subscription covers ongoing monitoring of settlement activity across the property's acquirers, notification of settlement events, follow-up on missing or delayed payouts, and coordination of the exception workflow when reconciled data flags a discrepancy. Because the same 934 team operates across the Juno Financial Suite, subscribed customers get an operations layer around their reconciliation rather than having to run it in-house.

What is not included in a subscription?
A subscription covers ongoing operational support around settlement and reconciliation. Work that changes the underlying configuration — for example a new acquirer relationship, a new ERP integration, changes to the reconciliation ruleset, or one-off remediation of a historic data issue — is scoped separately as an engagement rather than falling inside a monthly subscription. The scope of each subscription is agreed at contract.
When do you notify us of settlement events?
Notifications follow the settlement cadence of the acquirer, so events are surfaced as they occur rather than at month-end. For most acquirer configurations this means daily awareness of what has settled, what has not, and what needs finance attention, with exceptions raised into an agreed workflow. The cadence and thresholds are set per estate when the subscription is scoped.

What is the Renew service?
Renew is a one-off engagement service focused on refreshing an existing Juno customer's setup — for example replacing terminal fleets, revising the reconciliation configuration when the ERP changes, or bringing a newly acquired property onto the same platform. It exists so that platform changes on the customer's side do not become an internal project for their team.
How do I subscribe to Services?
Services are scoped per estate and priced against the operating model, so the starting point is a conversation with the 934 team. Talk to us through the contact route — we agree scope, coverage and cadence, and confirm the commercial terms before anything is contracted.
