A 934 engineer delivering a remote payment-integration session.
Value-Added Services

Get live. Stay live.

934's value-added services handle the operational side of payment integration on Oracle Opera and Simphony — fixed-price go-live projects and managed certificate renewals, delivered remotely by the team that knows the gateway. The platform moves the money; these services get you transacting and keep you that way.

Two jobs, done for you

Getting live, and staying live.

A payment integration has two operational realities. First, the build that gets a property transacting — gateway configuration, payment-code mapping, tokenisation and testing through to go-live. Then, the upkeep that keeps it transacting — chiefly the integration certificates that expire on a rolling cycle and stop payments when they lapse. 934 covers both, fixed-price and remote, with support included in every engagement.

Renew — Certificate Management Service

Certificate headaches. Handled.

OPI and Simphony integration certificates on On-Premise environments expire on a rolling cycle. Unmanaged, they stop payments at the worst possible time. Renew is 934's annual certificate management service: we track every expiry, apply every renewal in a managed remote session, and confirm the integration is live again. One fixed fee, every rotation covered.

Opera On-Prem & Simphony
€ 195
per property, per year

Every certificate rotation. Managed remotely by 934.

  • Proactive expiry monitoring
  • Advance notification (30 & 7 days)
  • Managed remote renewal session
  • Covers all rotations within the year
  • Applicable to Opera On-Premise & Simphony
  • Renewal confirmation & sign-off
How it works
  1. 1
    We monitor
934 tracks the certificate expiry date and flags the renewal window automatically.
  2. 2
    We notify you
Advance notice at 30 days and again at 7 days. No surprises.
  3. 3
    We schedule
We agree a convenient renewal window with your team, typically 30 minutes.
  4. 4
    We apply
A 934 engineer runs a managed remote session to replace the certificate and confirm the integration is live.
  5. 5
    You confirm
We provide a written renewal confirmation. Done.

What we need from you: administrative access to the On-Premise entity (Opera or Simphony server) at the time of each renewal session. All work is remote — no site visit, no advance preparation; we guide your IT contact through it.
