Frequently asked questions

Which PMS platforms does Juno integrate with?

Juno provides native integrations across the leading hospitality PMS platforms. On the Oracle side, it supports Oracle OPERA Cloud and Oracle OPERA v5 (on-premises) through Oracle's payment and integration interfaces — OPI and OHIP — and 934 is a certified Oracle Hospitality integration partner. Beyond Oracle, supported platforms include SIHOT, Shiji, HotelKey, Clock PMS+, Infor and RMS Cloud, with a growing ecosystem of further connections. Because integrations connect at the PMS level, payments can be associated with the reservation and folio rather than tracked separately.

Which POS platforms does Juno integrate with?

For F&B and retail-in-hospitality, Juno integrates with Oracle Simphony and further supported point-of-sale platforms. The integration connects the POS to the same acceptance, acquiring and reconciliation pipeline as the PMS, so a group running Simphony in F&B and OPERA in hotel operations can operate under one payments platform rather than reconciling each POS separately.

Which ERPs can Juno post to?

After reconciliation, the Juno Financial Suite posts data into the property's ERP. Supported systems span SME accounting tools through to enterprise platforms: bexio, Xero, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle NetSuite, with a growing ecosystem of further connectors. The posted data is reconciled and enriched, so the figures that reach the ledger are already aligned to what was settled.

What does 'operating in production' mean for an integration?

It means the integration is not just built and demonstrated — it is live and transacting for hospitality customers today. When 934 states that terminals or an integration are 'operating in production across hospitality customers', that reflects real deployments carrying real transaction volume, rather than a certification pass or a pilot. The language is used deliberately in place of certification framing, so operators can distinguish between what is proven in production and what is on the roadmap.

Can 934 build a custom integration?

Yes. Where an operator runs a PMS, POS or ERP that is not already on the Juno integration list, 934 can scope and build a custom integration. The starting point is a scoping conversation to confirm the target system's payment and integration interfaces, the flows that need to be supported and the timeline. Once live, the custom integration sits on the same acceptance, acquiring and reconciliation pipeline as the native ones.

How do I request a new integration?

Requests for a new integration — either a platform that isn't yet on the Juno list, or a specific extension to an existing one — go through the contact route. Include the target platform, the operating flows you need supported, and any hard timelines driven by go-live or contractual dates.
