F&B Payment Orchestration

Payments that move at the speed of service.

The Juno F&B Suite connects the ways your guests pay — from the counter to the table — on one platform, connected with Oracle Simphony and flexible payment acceptance across supported devices.

One layer. Every service model.

Counter or table — every transaction flows through one payment layer, posted straight back to your POS and reconciled automatically. One platform behind every way your guests pay.

Service models

Two ways guests pay. One platform behind them.

01

Pay at counter

Fast, reliable checkout for quick-service and grab-and-go. Charges post directly to Oracle Simphony — no double entry, no reconciliation gap, no slow line.

02

Juno Pay@Table

Bring the check and the payment directly to the guest. Full or split payments and tips are supported, with the payment returned to the Oracle Simphony check.

Flexible payment acceptance — Tap on Mobile

No terminal. Just a tap.

Tap on Mobile lets compatible Android devices accept contactless payments without a separate payment terminal, subject to supported device, market and acquiring configuration. It is an acceptance method available across the suite — one device takes the order and the payment, with no second terminal to carry, charge or reconcile.

One device replaces a separate terminal at every station.

Faster service

Take payment at the table or anywhere on the floor, on a device staff already carry.

Built on Oracle

Deeply connected with Oracle Simphony.

Juno Pay@Table retrieves open checks from Simphony and posts payments and tips back to the check in real time, connecting through the Simphony Transaction Services (STS) Gen 2 cloud API without additional on-property middleware. Pay at counter connects through the Simphony Payment Interface (SPI), so each payment experience uses the appropriate Simphony integration. Shiji Infrasys and other POS platforms are supported alongside.

Juno F&B Suite — questions answered

What is the Juno F&B Suite?

The Juno F&B Suite is the suite within Juno for restaurants, bars, and food-and-beverage outlets inside hospitality estates. It brings the same acceptance, acquiring and reconciliation layer as the wider Juno platform to F&B operating patterns — tableside payment, split checks and tip handling — and integrates with Oracle Simphony and other supported POS platforms so the payment is tied to the check rather than reconciled separately later.

Does the F&B Suite support pay-at-table?

Yes. Tableside payment is delivered by Juno Pay@Table, the service experience within the suite. Teams take payment where the guest is sitting, with full or split payments and tips supported and the payment returned to the Oracle Simphony check. It can be deployed on Juno Payment Terminals or, where supported, on compatible Android devices using Tap on Mobile.

Does the F&B Suite support Tap on Mobile?

Yes. Tap on Mobile is a payment-acceptance option rather than a separate service model: a compatible Android device accepts contactless cards and wallets without a separate payment terminal. It can be used within Juno Pay@Table and in environments such as events and roaming service where deploying dedicated terminals is impractical. Availability depends on the device, the market and the acquiring configuration.

How are tips handled in the F&B Suite?

Tips are handled inline with the payment. The device prompts for a tip at the point of payment, the tip is captured against the same authorisation and settles as part of the transaction, and the amount is passed back to the POS against the correct check. Because the payment and the tip land together, tip reporting is available at the POS and inside the Juno Financial Suite reporting without a separate reconciliation step.

Which POS platforms are supported?

Oracle Simphony is supported directly. Juno Pay@Table connects with Simphony through the Simphony Transaction Services (STS) Gen 2 cloud API — a cloud-based connection, not OPI. Other supported POS platforms are listed on the integrations page, and additional POS connections can be scoped through the 934 team where an operator is running a POS that isn't already on the Juno list.
