Juno PayPerLink is now generally available for Oracle Opera Cloud across Latin America.

Hotels running on Opera Cloud in the region can now send secure payment links to guests directly from the PMS, with the resulting transaction posted back into the reservation automatically.

What it unlocks

Juno PayPerLink for Opera Cloud is designed for the moments where a card isn't physically present:

  • Pre-arrival deposits sent at the time of booking confirmation.
  • No-show and late cancellation charges collected without a phone call.
  • Group and event prepayments handled link-by-link.
  • Post-stay incidentals captured cleanly after the guest has departed.

Every payment is reconciled back to the folio in Opera Cloud, so front-office and finance teams work from the same record.

Why LATAM

Local payment behaviour in Latin America differs sharply from other regions. Instalments, local card schemes and a wide mix of wallets are the norm.

Juno PayPerLink supports the methods guests actually use in the region, while keeping the operator experience inside Opera Cloud unchanged.

Availability

Available now to Opera Cloud properties across LATAM.

Operators interested in enabling Juno PayPerLink can contact our team or learn more about Juno PayPerLink.
