Hotels running Oracle Opera Cloud across Latin America can now send guests secure payment links directly from the PMS, with the resulting transaction posted back into the reservation automatically.

Juno Pay by Link is now generally available for Oracle Opera Cloud across Latin America.

What it unlocks

Juno Pay by Link for Opera Cloud is designed for the moments where a card isn't physically present:

  • Pre-arrival deposits sent at the time of booking confirmation.
  • No-show and late cancellation charges collected without a phone call.
  • Group and event prepayments handled link-by-link.
  • Post-stay incidentals captured cleanly after the guest has departed.

Every payment is reconciled back to the folio in Opera Cloud, so front-office and finance teams work from the same record.

Why LATAM

Local payment behaviour in Latin America differs sharply from other regions. Instalments, local card schemes and a wide mix of wallets are the norm.

Juno Pay by Link supports the methods guests actually use in the region, while keeping the operator experience inside Opera Cloud unchanged.

Availability

Available now to Opera Cloud properties across LATAM.

Operators interested in enabling Juno Pay by Link can contact our team or learn more about Juno Pay by Link.
